I am a community dance practitioner and inclusive dance artist based in the BCP area.
I design and deliver accessible, creative movement sessions for people of all ages and abilities, working across education, disability settings, care environments and community spaces. My approach is adaptable and person-centred, creating supportive environments where participants can move in ways that feel comfortable and enjoyable for them.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Dance and Culture, a Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning from Trinity Laban, and I am a trained Sherborne Developmental Movement Practitioner. Alongside running my independent classes through Everyday Dance, I work as a Performing Arts Teacher in a specialist SEN school and have extensive experience supporting children and adults with disabilities.
My work draws on a range of creative approaches, using music, props and sensory tools to support engagement, communication and connection. I am particularly interested in how movement can support wellbeing, confidence and social connection across different communities.
